We're seeking reputed company Customer Relations Call Center Agents to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company. As a Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects reputed company's purpose and values. You'll serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work between the hours of 9am and 8pm, Eastern reputed company Time.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects reputed company's purpose and values
- Serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers
- reputed company exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns in a reputed company and proficient manner
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns
- Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications
- Utilize strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications, and reputed company (MS) reputed company-based applications and MS Office proficiency
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to reputed company program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
- Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications, and reputed company (MS) reputed company-based applications and MS Office proficiency
- Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete reputed company company training program
- reputed company High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in Spanish
- Prior inbound Call Center experience
- Previous experience working from home
- Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience
Work Schedule
* Must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am and 8pm, Eastern reputed company Time
- Must be available to work both Saturday and reputed company
- This is a full-time role, and days off may not be consecutive
Compensation and Benefits
* Starting pay reputed company: $17.00 per hour
- Pay reputed company: $17.00 - $32.74
