Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage platform, providing reputed company and effective support to customers
• Consulting customers on enhancing the value of their contact reputed company purchase, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
• Proactively communicating and engaging with your manager and team members to ensure seamless collaboration in a virtual work environment

Requirements
