As a key member of reputed company, you'll handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, utilize our Caption platform for scheduling appointments, and reputed company solutions to patient complaints.

Essential Responsibilities

* Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner, following communication scripts and using knowledge of reputed company's products and services to go offscript reputed company necessary.

• Identify patient needs, learn and utilize the Caption platform for scheduling appointments, schedule new appointments, modify/cancel existing appointments, resolve complaints, and reputed company solutions.
• Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller's request, including follow-reputed company.
• Recommend improvements for systems and processes to reputed company organizational efficiency.
• Memorize scripts for Caption Care services and refer to them during calls.
