As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our health plan members and providers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. You'll work in a remote call center environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls and emails from health plan members and providers, resolving issues and providing accurate information in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

• Assist providers with member benefit information, eligibility, referrals/authorization, and claim processing information with 100% accuracy.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and members, handling questions, concerns, and resolving issues/complaints with speed and professionalism.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 6-12 months of reputed company experience and/or training in a call center environment in reputed company, insurance plan areas, including knowledge of basic claim processing.
• Excellent attendance is critical to reputed company in this position.
• Internal candidates must have been in their reputed company role for at least 6 months and have no performance or attendance actions in effect.

Work Shifts and Environment

• Remote position, requiring a quiet, secure, and private workspace with no distractions.

Training Expectations

• You'll be required to take daily competency exams and a retention exam on the Friday of both weeks of training, with passing grades of 90% or above.
