What You Will Do in This Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate reputed company while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-reputed company/reputed company and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
• Resolve overdue bills, collect payments from the party responsible for the debt and address reputed company queries regarding delinquent accounts and help to reputed company repayment plans.
