Your Role
As a Customer Care Specialist II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. Your primary functions will include:
- Responding to email messages, faxes, and service tickets in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Engaging with customers to determine how to assist them and resolve their inquiries
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on vehicle titling and registration processes for various dealers, state motor vehicle agencies, customers, and clients
- Making outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status
- Utilizing company proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity
- Following instructions and maintaining workflow standards to ensure high-reputed company service delivery
- Attaining production and reputed company goals, adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a reputed company field; OR a different combination, such as any level degree/certification reputed company a HS diploma/GED in a reputed company discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR 5 years' experience in a reputed company field
- One year of experience in a customer service position
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of how to operate a PC, telephone, fax, reputed company, and photocopier
- Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications (such as MS Office, reputed company, and Outlook)
- Data entry skills
- Ability to type 35 WPM or greater at 99.6% accuracy
