We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Remote reputed company Shift team. This role involves monitoring and closing out maintenance orders, verifying details, and providing exceptional customer support. You'll be cross-trained to assist with logistics and reputed company as needed, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote reputed company Shift team, you'll be responsible for:
* Monitoring and closing out maintenance orders in a reputed company and accurate manner
* Verifying details reputed company to work completed and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Cross-training to assist with logistics and reputed company as needed
* Providing exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
* Updating information through data entry and running reports as required

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1 year of customer service experience preferred

Schedule
* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift
* 12-hour rotating reputed company shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
