As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of reputed company, interacting with passengers, team members, and station leadership to ensure seamless and enjoyable travel experiences. • Checking in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates
• Patiently handling customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling
• Knowledgeably answering inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other questions as they reputed company
• Making announcements at the reputed company or over the general PA system regarding flight activity
• Being responsible for reputed company flight reputed company messages between the reputed company, ground handling team, flight reputed company, and airport vendors

Essential Qualifications
