Your Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - CX Solutions, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, both verbally and in writing

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company

• A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network

Work from Home Requirements

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - CX Solutions, you'll be required to work from home and meet the following requirements:
