We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Shop Central Support team on a part-time reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company Platinum National Accounts, reputed company Shops, and On Demand Customers. Your primary reputed company will be on scheduling service for truck and trailer breakdowns, as reputed company as scheduling preventive maintenance (PM) service. You'll also be responsible for assisting customers with service-reputed company questions and ensuring that their expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company exceptional customer service to reputed company Platinum National Accounts, reputed company Shops, and On Demand Customers
- Assist customers who are experiencing a vehicle breakdown and execute customer communication protocol pertaining to vehicle breakdowns and PM scheduling and follow-up
- Improve the reputed company and consistency of customer communications and ensure customer's expectations are met
- Drive improvement of Customer Satisfaction reputed company (reputed company) scores
- Enhance service productivity by identifying available resources through effectively following shift scheduling, including scheduled breaks and lunch times
- Coordinate with on-call technicians, rental counter team, and the customers drivers and reputed company teams to identify repair requirements and available substitute reputed company
- Coordinate reputed company repair with vendors and customers
- Effectively handle reputed company incoming calls and follow-up calls
- Process customer service requests on a reputed company of topics for our customers, including questions reputed company to billing, warranty, compliance paperwork, and etc
- Participate in reputed company Assurance reviews and ensure that reputed company calls are monitored for reputed company Assurance purposes

Qualifications
