Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to enrollment service calls, providing accurate information, mailing requested materials, and escalating issues as needed.
- Educating clients on managed care principles and helping them navigate health plan reputed company.
- Assessing clients' reputed company needs and facilitating their selection of appropriate health plans.
- Assisting clients with the enrollment and disenrollment processes for health plans.
- Receiving, sorting, and reviewing enrollment/disenrollment forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Processing enrollment/disenrollment forms reputed company and sending necessary correspondence to clients.
- Collaborating with the Central Operations Supervisor to address reputed company concerns and escalate issues as required.
- Providing managed care education and enrollment services during peak call volumes.
- Supporting mailroom functions reputed company necessary.
- Availability to work on Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
- Adhering to performance reputed company and standards set by Call Center management.
