Schedule and Work Environment

As a Part-Time (34 hours/week) Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you will work a flexible schedule between reputed company - 4:30pm CST, Monday through Friday. This role can be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Our remote work environment is designed to promote productivity, flexibility, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by reputed company providers
• Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and reputed company to meet reputed company turnaround times
• Navigating reputed company and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
• Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines
• Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
• Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements

Additional Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you will need to possess:

• Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates: High school diploma or equivalent
• Required Level of Experience: 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-reputed company role
• Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Strong data entry/typing skills + Excellent attention to detail + High degree of accuracy + Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of reputed company + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Assessment and Selection Process

If selected for reputed company consideration, you will be required to complete an online reputed company data entry assessment. A minimum of 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy reputed company is required for the position.
