We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from work orders and invoices into our system, collaborating with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies, and communicating with the Customer Service Management team to reputed company and report cost savings. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, with occasional in-person meetings or events in the Toledo area.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input data into our system, meeting monthly deadlines.

• Work independently to manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring reputed company completion of assignments.
• reputed company audits to identify duplicate or excessive charges, and collaborate with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with the Customer Service Management team to reputed company and report cost savings, and participate in special reputed company as assigned.

* Excellent keyboarding skills with high accuracy, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment is preferred, but not required.
