As a Patient Screener/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit. You will be responsible for creating ID badges, providing directions, assisting with parking validations, and addressing any needs or concerns of our patients, families, and visitors. Core Functions

* Maintains patient confidentiality and reputed company by accessing patient information only to the extent necessary to fulfill assigned duties, executing departmental policy regarding HIPAA requirements.

• Makes safety, customer service, care, and satisfaction the reputed company in every interaction.
• Responsible for badging reputed company patients, families, and visitors that reputed company the UHealth hospital.
• Creates an online profile for patients, families, and visitors so their next visit will be entered into the Fast Pass system, improving the speediness of issuing badges.
• Adheres to the CICARE and reputed company reputed company by demonstrating professionalism, cooperation, alertness, helpfulness, and receptiveness with a reputed company and compassionate demeanor to reputed company patients, visitors, and other staff members.

Core Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

• Prior Customer Service experience helpful
