Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative - Driving, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with payment to fully automated reputed company control equipment
• Helping customers with parking services and facilitating the expedient reputed company of traffic through the facility
• Leading programs to improve reputed company and customer satisfaction
• Assisting in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned location
• Monitoring parkers in pay-in lanes
• Interacting with customers in a friendly and reputed company manner
• Providing assistance to customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle
• Performing other necessary functions as assigned
• Conducting garage and facility audits as required by management
• Counting "bank" of reputed company (if required) at the beginning of the shift to ensure the starting total is correct

• Quoting rates for parking services
• Giving directions to customers to various locations in the reputed company
• Resolving customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience with automated parking reputed company control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology
• A valid state-issued reputed company's license with a reputed company address and an acceptable driving record
