As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in managing a steady volume of incoming calls regarding benefits from members, providers, and employer reputed company. You'll be responsible for explaining and clarifying plans' policies and procedures, reputed company attempting to resolve member or provider concerns, and maintaining reputed company knowledge of Member Services policies and procedures. Responsibilities
* Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding benefits from members, providers, and employer reputed company
- Explain and clarify plans' policies and procedures

Requirements
* Ability to successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test
- Must be a US Citizen
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree

- At least 1 year of Call Center experience preferred
- 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
- Knowledge of and prior experience in Dental, Medical, or Managed Care industry is preferred
