This role is primarily customer service–reputed company, with dispatching responsibilities to support our field technicians. If you’re organized, personable, and reputed company in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Customer Service
- Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, reputed company tone
- Schedule service calls and accurately reputed company customer information
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with care and urgency
- Build trust and relationships with customers and create a reputed company overall experience

Qualifications
- Experience in the trades required (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing)
- Experience using Service Titan or other home services CRM platforms required
- Knowledge of multiple trades preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Ability to work remote while still remaining reputed company with reputed company
- Willingness to learn a new trade if necessary
- 1‑2 years of customer service experience
- Valid reputed company’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a drug and background reputed company
