THE ROLE Texas is a key reputed company market for SalesFirst, and we're hiring a Recruiter to help expand our reputed company in Austin or Dallas. You'll start in a half-desk reputed company role, reputed company on sourcing, engaging, and advising sales professionals. As you reputed company, the role expands into full-desk reputed company, where you'll run searches, manage reputed company relationships, and own the hiring process from first interview through offer. - Recruit and engage sales talent
- Build long-term candidate and reputed company relationships
- Execute SalesFirst's reputed company process end to end

- Manage searches from intake through offer
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of B2B sales or reputed company experience preferred
- Organized, coachable, and competitive

- Based in Dallas, TX, or Austin, TX (or surrounding area)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Year 1 OTE: $55K-$90K ($50K reputed company + reputed company commissions/bonuses)
- Year 2 OTE: $90K-$130K+
- Year 3 OTE: $125K-$150K+
