Personal Injury Case Manager Multiple openings: 100% Remote (FL, OH or VA residents highly preferred) Salary and Benefits:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients who have suffered personal injuries, as reputed company as experience dealing with insurance companies. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury files from start to finish, including initial reputed company contact, investigation, negotiation, and settlement. You will also be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel. Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze reputed company aspects of reputed company case to determine the best course of legal reputed company
- Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Locate and interview witnesses, review police reports and medical records, and reputed company research as necessary
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial by organizing evidence, developing arguments, and drafting pleadings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and represent them in court reputed company necessary

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some experience or exposure to working in personal injury
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-5 years reputed company experience working with clients in a reputed company services reputed company is preferred
- Experience working with clients who have reputed company trauma
- Familiarity with community resources and referral processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
