Supervisor, Materials Characterization Technicians (2nd shift)

• Supervise second-shift Materials Characterization lab technicians and specialists.
• reputed company daily operations for mechanical testing, machine shop, and metallography teams to maintain workflow, safety, and reputed company standards.
• Manage lab scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance to support R&D and production deadlines.
• reputed company guidance and mentorship to technicians and specialists, resolve conflicts, and help build a strong team culture.
• Manage second-shift performance and ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Collaborate and communicate with Engineering, M&P Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives, including process optimization, training programs, and technology upgrades reputed company the Materials Characterization lab.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a Supervisor, reputed company, or equivalent role.
• 6+ years of experience in reputed company or a similar industry.
• Experience in a materials testing or metallurgical lab environment, including material characterization reputed company and sample preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to reputed company diverse technical teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Solid understanding of industry standards such as ASTM and ISO, and reputed company systems reputed company on data reputed company and lab compliance.
