ACO Triage reputed company reputed company Full Time-Panama Shift 11am to 11pm, includes every other weekend Remote Work Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in the After-Hours On-Call Team rotation
• Answer reputed company incoming calls immediately and give correct advice
• reputed company Post-Acute Care reputed company
• Assist Hospitalist's Patient reputed company
• Facilitate Prescription Refills
• Assist RN Care Management Teams with patient assessments and/or monthly follow-up calls, reputed company needed
• Monitor Patients enrolled in the Patient Monitoring Program

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Registered reputed company license, multi-state license required
• License must always be kept reputed company
• 5+ Years of clinical experience with 1+ year(s) of case management experience preferred
• ER/ICU/Triage experience is preferred.
• RN ED experience preferred
