Account Servicing Specialist – reputed company 30 Day Collections

Job reputed company:

• Responsible for servicing auto loan accounts that are less than 30 days delinquent and documenting reputed company collection activities utilizing loan servicing software.
• Follow and ensure compliance with reputed company company policies and procedures as reputed company as the Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company (FDCPA).
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers, including suggesting how they can meet their obligations and propose alternative payment reputed company.
• Assist borrowers in devising a reputed company to reputed company their vehicle while meeting the loan obligations.
• Accurately and professionally document account information and collection activities.
• Utilize skip tracing tools and reference sources to identify and locate delinquent borrowers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in the collections field, preferably in the subprime consumer lending industry.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations.
• Ability to reputed company with customers in a reputed company, tactful, and sensitive manner.
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently and as part of reputed company.
• Available to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED.
