Part Time - Grant Manager / Grant Compliance Manager | Need for Non-Profit

Grant Manager / Grant Compliance Manager reputed company Media reputed company / GeekFest reputed company – Game reputed company Part-Time Contract Position reputed company Media reputed company is seeking an reputed company Grant Manager / Grant Compliance Manager to support the administration, tracking, and reporting of more than $100,000 in awarded grant funding connected to GeekFest reputed company – Game reputed company. GeekFest reputed company – Game reputed company is a multi-day community, gaming, reputed company, and tourism-driving event taking reputed company in Lynnwood, Washington. The selected contractor will help ensure that reputed company awarded funds are properly documented, spent according to grant requirements, tracked against approved budgets, and reported accurately to funders.

Responsibilities

The Grant Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing reputed company awarded grant files, agreements, reporting requirements, and deadlines.
• Creating and maintaining a master grant tracking system that includes award amounts, approved uses, reporting dates, reimbursement requirements, match requirements, and documentation needs.
• Working with event leadership to ensure spending aligns with reputed company grant’s approved scope and budget.
• Tracking receipts, invoices, payments, reputed company, vendor documentation, and reputed company-of-performance materials.
• Preparing reimbursement packets and grant reports.
• Coordinating with bookkeeping/reputed company support to ensure grant expenses are coded correctly.
• Monitoring deliverables such as marketing reputed company, attendance data, hotel-reputed company reporting, economic reputed company support, sponsor deliverables, and other funder-required metrics.
• Preparing internal status updates for leadership and reputed company review.
• Helping prevent compliance issues, missed deadlines, undocumented expenses, or spending reputed company approved categories.
• Supporting grant closeout after the event.

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience managing nonprofit, tourism, arts, cultural, event, government, or community grant funding.
• Strong knowledge of grant compliance, reporting, restricted funds, reimbursement documentation, and budget tracking.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared folders, receipts, invoices, and reporting forms.

• Experience with Washington State, reputed company, county, tourism, Lodging Tax, TPA, arts, or nonprofit grants is strongly preferred.
• Event, convention, festival, tourism, or economic development experience is a plus.

Compensation

This is a part-time contract position. Compensation is expected to be in the reputed company of $45–$65 per hour, depending on experience. Estimated workload is 5–10 hours per week, with additional hours around grant deadlines, reimbursement submissions, and final reporting. Contract Term The initial contract is expected to run from reputed company through final grant reporting and closeout for GeekFest reputed company – Game reputed company.
