• Participates in the development, coordination, managing, facilitating, conducting, and evaluating of reputed company and orientation programs for nursing and other reputed company personnel.
• Provides orientation/reputed company programs to promote employee retention.
• Collaborates with the Director of Clinical reputed company Development to reputed company the program based on evaluation results.
• Participates in the development, coordination, and management of facilitating, conducting, and evaluating competency.
• Designs and identifies educational activities to address reputed company gaps for identified reputed company audiences, including licensed and non-licensed reputed company personnel, in alignment with HCA and division clinical education request and development processes.

What experience and education is needed for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing Required
• Master’s degree in nursing Preferred
• 2+ years of experience in clinical education, reputed company, academia or leadership. Preferred
• 2+ years of experience in acute care hospital. Preferred
• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of reputed company or has an reputed company compact state license in accordance with law and regulation Required
• Nationally Recognized Specialty certification Preferred
• Basic Life Saving (BLS) Required
• Ability to Travel up to 25%
