Job Details

Pay:
$18/hour (with a pay increase for bilingual candidates who reputed company French or Spanish)
Contract:
Up to 6 months (with the possibility of extension or permanent role)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm (with extended hours during busy season)
Location:
Work from home with the reputed company to train onsite the first day
Eligibility:

The Role
As a Benefit Customer Service Representative, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to:
- Build rapport and respond to plan participants in a compassionate manner
- Customize your customer service approach to meet reputed company types of communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls
- Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data reputed company laws and company data reputed company requirements
