As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our TK5O Team by communicating with customers over the phone or reputed company email. You will be responsible for providing reputed company responses to customer inquiries, resolving product or service problems, and leveraging scripts to represent reputed company voice and tone. Key Responsibilities:
* Provides reputed company responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center

Essential Qualifications:
