As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to reputed company reputed company members and providers. You'll assist with a reputed company of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming member and provider calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.

• Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
• Company provides equipment and training.
• Training Schedule: (First 6 weeks) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
• Production schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
• Must commute to the office in Charleston, WV reputed company unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems

Required Qualifications

* Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written reputed company.

• Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call reputed company goals.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with working remotely in a call center setting.
