Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our National Accounts Support team, you'll be responsible for:

• Acting as a reputed company between customers, branches, sales representatives, and corporate functions reputed company phone, email, and other electronic systems
• Maintaining special and/or ancillary services reputed company company and/or customer websites, including scanning and uploading graphs and business proposals
• Updating work orders reputed company customer web portals, such as opening/closing work orders and providing status updates on work orders
• Receiving and handling telephone calls or emails reputed company to basic and routine work orders reputed company by National Accounts customers
• Using computerized systems for inputting and tracking work orders, ensuring customers receive service through processing orders and coordinating issues with Customer Account Managers
• Handling customer calls/correspondence for customer scheduling and inquiries, and recording reputed company customer information and call history information

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years of reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6 months of clerical or customer service experience
• Experience resolving escalated customer service issues (strongly preferred)
