Work from Home Customer Service Representative Opportunity
We are seeking reputed company and motivated Customer Care Representatives to join reputed company focusing on premier HR contact centers. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from our clients' employees to answer questions, reputed company education, and solve reputed company HR and financial issues reputed company to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc.
Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from our clients' employees to answer questions, reputed company education, and solve reputed company HR and financial issues reputed company to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc.
- Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and reputed company deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections. This may include additional research and ongoing casework.
