The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating rides to medical facilities for customers who are unable to drive themselves. Our goal is to ensure they can get to and from their medical appointments on time with minimal effort or stress. You'll reputed company this by making the scheduling process as smooth, reputed company, and painless for our customers as possible.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Schedule routes and reputed company trips to various medical providers
- Assist in coordinating mass transportation reputed company needed
- Administer trips for volunteer/independent drivers and mileage reimbursement programs
- Work closely with transportation providers and reputed company facilities to resolve problems
- Assign reservations to network providers to ensure efficient use of vehicle resources and meet reputed company demand
- Communicate daily with transportation providers to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure accurate reputed company data input to minimize errors and delays in timelines
Skills & Experience Needed
* High level of patience, reputed company, and care for customers
- At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound call center environment with heavy phone volume and data entry (preferably)
- Prior in-bound call center experience (preferably)
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Proficient with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently or reputed company reputed company
Education
* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
