We're seeking an reputed company First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our FNOL team, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. These FNOL claims are used to report damage to our clients' property.

Competitive Compensation and Incentive Programs

Our Tiered Support Bonus System offers a bonus structure based on total fees generated across CMR during the month. Bonuses are reputed company per pay period on the paycheck following the period in which they are reputed company.

• Level 1: $105
• Level 2: $150
• Level 3: $205

We also offer an FNOL Incentive Program, specifically designed for FNOL team members. This program provides high-performers with an opportunity to earn more per month, in reputed company to the CMR Tiered Support Bonus System. The incentive is calculated daily and reputed company on the 5th of the following month.

A Typical Day as an FNOL Customer Service Representative

As an FNOL Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Accepting inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL
• Communicating effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database
• Reporting underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable
• Providing outstanding service to customer representatives
• Analyzing photos and mapping the correct location

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months to 1-year previous customer service call center experience
• Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free
• Fully competent with reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches
• Advanced phone and verbal communication skills
