Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering high call/email volumes in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Tracking packages and processing credit applications
• Handling product returns and assisting customers with warehouse errors/shipping issues
• Processing credit card and ACH payments, sending customers their invoices and statements, and processing credits
• Managing departmental tasks and reputed company, including light reputed company and administrative duties
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
