About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering amazing service to our members reputed company phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefit and reputed company the right provider. You'll follow best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting improvements as needed, and maintaining a high level of organization reputed company arenaflex's platform and tools, including reputed company and G Suite. You'll also reputed company member feedback to product and operations teams to improve arenaflex's solution, triage and escalate reputed company and urgent member care needs, and maintain a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance.
