Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Providing information about products and services to customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving product/service issues and concerns in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
