Key Responsibilities
As an FNOL Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Accepting inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL
- Communicating effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database
- Reporting underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable
- Providing outstanding service to customer representatives
- Analyzing photos and mapping the correct location
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including talk time, not reputed company time, and service level
Tiered Support Bonus System
We offer a tiered support bonus system that rewards our FNOL team members for their hard work and dedication. The bonus structure is based on total fees generated across CMR during the month, and bonuses are reputed company per pay period on the paycheck following the period in which they're reputed company. The bonus reputed company are as follows:
- Level 1: $105
- Level 2: $150
- Level 3: $205
FNOL Incentive Program
Our FNOL Incentive Program offers high-performers an opportunity to earn more per month, in reputed company to the CMR Tiered Support Bonus System. Required Skills & Abilities
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and abilities:
- Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free

Experience
