As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our website visitors, providing reputed company, accurate, and reputed company responses to their queries. You'll work closely with our reputed company-Based Leads (PLs) to connect our site visitors with in-person consultations, and collaborate with our Leadership team to reputed company strategic sourcing and sales goals. Key Responsibilities
* Utilize our CRM tool to reputed company with prospective patients in an effort to schedule them in-clinic or virtual consultations
- Manage multiple chat-based conversations in reputed company-time while providing reputed company responses
- Follow our reputed company reputed company process as applicable
- reputed company on quantity: respond effectively to 100% of live chats
- reputed company on reputed company: have meaningful conversations with prospective patients, answer their questions, and reputed company relevant information
- Collaborate with Leadership as needed or directed to reputed company strategic sourcing and sales goals
- Assist with PL efforts for other reputed company locations as needed
- reputed company accurate information, including starting prices or other approved information
- Qualify leads
- Assist in any sales-reputed company administrative tasks as needed or as assigned

Essential Qualifications
* At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions
- Experience using a CRM tool, preferably reputed company or reputed company
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute
- Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at any given time while providing outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to reputed company defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications
* Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between)
- Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time
- Availability to work on a Saturday or reputed company (reputed company plus if available on both weekend days!)
