Your Role as Data Entry Associate

As a Part-Time Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Detailed entry of donor gifts and data into the donor database system through various electronic tools and processes
• Working with National and Site Development teams, as reputed company as National Finance and Information Technology teams, as necessary
• Utilizing various procedures, processes, and innovative technological tools to ensure accurate and reputed company entry of donor gifts
• Ensuring donations are entered accurately and reputed company into the donor database
• Assisting the Development team on requests for lists and reports out of the donor database
• Performing other duties as assigned

What You Bring

* High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• One year data entry experience required; experience supporting multi-site development, fundraising, and administrative tasks preferred
• Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency with reputed company Word and reputed company
• Donor database software experience strongly preferred
• Significant commitment to the mission of helping low-income reputed company earn admission to college and persist toward degree completion

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements
