As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients while reputed company and accurately submitting their orders. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, and your role will be critical in ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is a fully remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders

• Address questions and reputed company exceptional customer service to our clients
• Input order information into the appropriate reputed company order screen
• Document reputed company conversations with clients into reputed company information database
• Ensure reputed company assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
• Contact case managers reputed company telephone, email, and/or fax reputed company a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
• Work quickly and reputed company without making the reputed company feel rushed
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• High school degree or GED
• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Previous knowledge and experience using the reputed company Office suite (Word/reputed company/Outlook)

• Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
• Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
• Must have a wired internet reputed company using an ethernet port
• Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of previous call center experience

• Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
