We're seeking an reputed company customer service representative to join reputed company as a global brand ambassador. As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer care services to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts. Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large volumes of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right reputed company and tools
- Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Qualifications

- Spanish language proficiency advantageous
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
