Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls from clients in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Documenting details of conversations and using scripts and other resources to guide conversations

- Effectively utilizing technical systems, including desktop, call center specific phone systems, and the internet

Essential Qualifications
