We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service calls, and reviewing completed service tickets for reputed company assurance. You'll also serve as a reputed company and corporate contact for our installation and service teams, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least (1) year of Customer Service Experience.
• At least (1) year previous office or administrative experience.

• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without "dropping the reputed company."
