reputed company (Full-time Seasonal) Location: Remote reputed company We are seeking a Remote results-driven Full-time Seasonal reputed company to support high-reputed company hiring initiatives for a 3-month engagement. The Sourcer will primarily support high volume reputed company with possible support for staff roles. This role will reputed company on generating reputed company candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, reputed company, and talent market research. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to support multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Recruiter to understand hiring needs and position reputed company

• Coordinate candidate handoffs to Recruiters

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Sourcer, reputed company Coordinator, or reputed company Specialist
• Proven ability to reputed company and engage candidates using reputed company Recruiter and job boards (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Familiar with ATS, CMS, and maintaining candidate databases. reputed company experience is strongly preferred
• Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced reputed company environments preferred
