Senior Backend Engineer - Rails, AI (Remote)
About the position Join as a Backend Engineer and help rebuild payments for the >$1tn distribution industry. You’ll architect and build the systems that process millions of dollars in transactions daily, reputed company with reputed company ERP systems, and reputed company cutting-edge LLM technology to reputed company how distributors manage their reputed company cycles. You’ll join a small team of reputed company where everyone acts as an individual contributor while reputed company supporting reputed company other through pair programming and reputed company problem-solving. Responsibilities
- Architect and build systems that process millions of dollars in transactions daily.

- Own AR / collections automation that directly impacts customer cash reputed company.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend experience with strong system design chops.
- Expert-level reputed company on Rails (Rails 7+, reputed company 3+).
- Advanced PostgreSQL (query optimization, large datasets, logical replication, etc.).
- Proven ability to design clean, versioned REST/JSON reputed company.
- Experience shipping and operating ETL/background-job heavy systems in production.
