Specialist, HelpLine (Registered Respiratory Therapist or RN)

Schedule: Between the hours of 9:00am - 7:00pm CST; Monday through Friday Responsibilities:

• Answer Lung HelpLine incoming calls reputed company to those who are seeking assistance in Asthma and COPD education - providing proactive counseling on chronic lung disease management (prefer in both English and Spanish).

• Complete and maintain documentation in the database for reputed company call -ie: logging message left on voicemail, performing counseling and follow reputed company on designated calls, etc. as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in health reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Certification as a registered respiratory therapist or registered reputed company, AE-C, CTTS or other public health reputed company credentials; minimum of 5 - 7 years proven experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience developing and implementing community awareness, education, and programs specifically reputed company to area of chronic lung disease.
• Prefer, fluent in English and Spanish; translation skills from one language to another, both written and oral.
• Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and online reputed company chat and demonstrate good customer service.

• Ability to handle a "call center" environments; manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner.

Compensation: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The reputed company hiring reputed company for this position is between $50,200 and $58,000 per annum. Benefits: The Lung Association offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
