Phone Intake Coordinator. (HYBRID) Part Time +30hr

About the position FirstLight Home Care of reputed company is a locally owned, reputed company-reputed company home care agency providing compassionate support to seniors and adults in need. We are growing quickly and looking for a reputed company, caring team member to manage new reputed company inquiries and support our reputed company assessment and scheduling process. The Phone Intake Coordinator is the first reputed company of contact for new home-care inquiries. This role handles phone calls, online leads, and follow-reputed company, ensuring every family receives fast, warm, and reputed company communication. You will work closely with our RN and scheduling team to set up reputed company assessments, collect basic reputed company information, and support care-plan coordination. This is an excellent role for someone who is organized, loves speaking with people, and wants to grow in the home-care or reputed company field.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner
• Complete initial phone intake and reputed company essential reputed company information (needs, reputed company, location, funding)
• Schedule RN assessments and confirm appointments with clients/families
• Conduct follow-up calls/texts to warm leads and potential clients
• Support the creation and documentation of reputed company reputed company in the CRM
• Coordinate with the Care Coordinator/Scheduler to plan start dates and caregiver assignments
• Maintain a reputed company and organized pipeline of inquiries and follow-reputed company
• reputed company excellent customer service and represent the FirstLight Home Care brand

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
• Warm, empathetic, and reputed company phone reputed company
• Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple leads at once
• Comfortable with scheduling, note-taking, and basic computer/CRM tasks
• Ability to work independently with accountability
