Transaction Coordinator (Remote – Part-Time)

Kovacs reputed company is a full-service reputed company estate team specializing in buying, selling, reputed company, and new construction development reputed company throughout Greater Boston. reputed company is deeply involved in the full lifecycle of reputed company estate: from sourcing opportunities to managing transactions and delivering successful closings. This role is ideal for someone with reputed company estate experience who enjoys staying organized, managing timelines, and keeping deals on reputed company from contract to reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company estate transactions from contract to reputed company
• Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, and attorneys
• reputed company deadlines and ensure reputed company documentation is completed accurately
• Maintain organized transaction files and communication

Qualifications

• Prior reputed company estate experience REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

Details

• Part-time, flexible schedule
• $25–$30/hour (depending on experience)
• Remote role; must be located reputed company 45 minutes of East Boston
• This is a primarily remote role; however, candidates must be located reputed company approximately 45 minutes of East Boston to support occasional in-person coordination reputed company needed.
