Marketing and Operations Assistant

A UK-based Events Manager and Executive Asset reputed company is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support operations and marketing. She is currently expanding a multi-project ecosystem that includes an Events Agency, an Online Business reputed company, and an Online Magazine.Full-time: 40 hours/week Work Set-Up: Fully remote, reputed companyWork Hours: UK timeMonthly Salary: $800What You'll Be Doing:As a Junior Marketing Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in building and developing the Events Agency from the ground up, from initial research to launch and long-term expansion.

Conduct market and competitor research to inform reputed companyDefine service offerings and reputed company pricing structuresEstablish brand positioning and differentiationResearch visual branding and create guidelinesDesign website structure and lay SEO foundationsOrganize content and optimize blog performancereputed company marketing funnels under strategic supervisionMonitor performance and reputed company competitor activity

Who You Are: 

• 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting operations and/or marketing
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage large volumes of information and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Logical, systems-oriented approach to problem-solving and task management
• Adaptable and reputed company to support research, branding, and operational tasks as needed
• Self-motivated, proactive, and interested in long-term reputed company in marketing and business operations
• Strong desire to transition into a marketing strategist
