Key Responsibilities

As a part-time remote data entry clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance through our ticketing system
• Opening and submitting tickets into our Help Desk system for review by our technicians
• Reviewing reputed company reputed company ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating follow-up actions as needed
