Work from Home Opportunity

As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you will have reputed company to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns
• Selling arenaflex's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call
• Explaining device capabilities, wireless reputed company data product offerings, and company policies
• Meeting goals and growing from feedback and coaching
• Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function reputed company needed
• Providing exceptional customer service while selling our products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers
• Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information
• Attention to detail and a friendly, reputed company, respectful demeanor
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to customer needs and business needs
• Organization and multitasking skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to reputed company resolve issues

• Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment
• Computer literacy and ability to learn call center software
