As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, reputed company support, and resolve issues. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
• Documenting call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
